Jesús García-Madariaga is a Full Professor in Marketing at the Faculty of Economics and Business Sciences of Complutense University in Madrid (Spain). He is chair of the Markco2 research group, former Editor in Chief of International Journal of Internet Marketing and Advertising (Inderscience) and visiting scholar at different international universities in extended stays (California Polytechnic State University) and temporary. His research interests encompass Digital Marketing, Neuromarketing, Customer Value Management, Tourism, and CSR. His research has been published in refereed international journals, including Journal of Consumer Behavior, Decision Support Systems, Technological and Economic Development of Economy, Journal of Hospitality and Tourism Management, Journal of Retailing and Consumer services, Physiology & Behavior and Journal of Business Ethics among others.

Dr. Manit Mishra is Professor (Marketing) at International Management Institute Bhubaneswar. He is recipient of the prestigious AIMS-ICFAI Best Teacher in India Award for the year 2023. This award is presented to one management faculty in India every year by Association of Indian Management Schools (AIMS). He has obtained his Ph.D. from Utkal University, Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India. His teaching expertise includes Marketing Analytics, Marketing Research, and Consumer Behavior. His areas of research interest are marketing modelling; and applying statistical as well as machine learning methods to structured and unstructured marketing data. His current research stream focuses on unearthing consumer insights through topic modelling. Prof. Mishra has EIGHT ABDC “A” category research publications out of which THREE are single authored and two are as first author. Overall, he has more than 30 SCOPUS indexed publications. Prof. Mishra has published research papers in International Journal of Consumer Studies; Marketing Intelligence and Planning; Psychology & Marketing; Journal of Retailing and Consumer Services; Journal of Purchasing and Supply Management; International Journal of Retail & Distribution Management; International Journal of Market Research; Journal of Personality and Individual Differences; and Journal of Marketing Analytics, besides other publications. Prof. Mishra is Associate Editor of the journal Global Business Review.He conducts training programmes in CRM, persuasion skills, and structural equation modelling. He has received funding for research projects from AICTE, ICSSR, and AIMS. He is also an empanelled examiner for University of Strathclyde, Scotland.

For the last twelve years, Dr. Anil Kumr Bandrana has been associated with teaching and research. Before joining LMU, he was Post-Doctoral Research Fellow in Decision Sciences at the Centre for Supply Chain Improvement, University of Derby, UK. He earned his Ph.D. in Management Science from ABV-Indian Institute of Information Technology and Management, Gwalior, India. He did his graduation in Mathematics (Hons) and M.Sc. (Mathematics) from Kurukshetra University, India. He earned his Master of Business Administration (MBA) and qualified National Eligibility Test (NET), in June 2011. He has contributed over 150+ research papers in internationally referred journals, and conferences at the international level. He has published his research work in A*/A as per ABDC indexed and 4*/3* as per ABS journals like the International Journal of Operations & Production Management (IJOPM), Transportation Research Part E Logistics and Transportation Review (TRE), Journal of Business Research (JBR), International Journal of Production Research (IJPR), Government Information Quarterly (GIQ), Production Planning & Control (PPC), Technological Forecasting and Social Change (TFSC), Business Strategy and the Environment (BSE), Journal of Retailing and Consumer Services (JRCS), Journal of Cleaner Production (JCP etc. Due to his remarkable contributions to the literature, he has been listed in the ‘World Ranking Top 2%’ researchers by Stanford University-Elsevier list in October 2022. Prof. (Dr.) Himanshu Sekhar Moharana is currently working as Principal in Interscience Institute of Management and Technology, Bhubaneswar. Prior to this he had worked in the capacity of a Professor in Mechanical Engineering and Dean Academics in HIT, Khurda, Dean Research in DRIEMS, Cuttack and GIFT, Bhubaneswar. He passed his Master of Engineering.(Hons) from NITTTR, Chandigarh (Now NITTTR University) under Thapar University, Patiala and Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from Utkal University working, Bhubaneswar. He passed his LLB and LLM in Labour laws from MS Law College (Now MS Law University) Cuttack, Odisha and MBA in Operations Management from IGNOU, New Delhi. He has 33 years of longstanding experience in Industry and Academia inclusive of 18 years of Research and Consultancy. He has guided many M.Tech and a Ph.D.scholar. He is a trainer of MSME, Govt. of India and deliver talks on specialized training programmes of Materials and Production Management by the said Organisation. He worked as a Committee Member of OSC, IE (I), Bhubaneswar for session 2010-2012. He has published many papers in International/ National Journals of repute, many of them are Scopus/ SCI indexed and presented many Research papers in National/ International Seminars/Conferences as Keynote speaker and organized a numerous FDPs. He is an eloquent speaker in the domain of Additive Manufacturing, Rapid Prototyping, Supply Chain Management etc. During his career, he has been awarded with 12 (twelve) number of State Awards for his contribution in the field of research in Engineering and Technology. He is a Fellow Member of the Institution of Engineers (India), Member of Indian Institution of Industrial Engineering, a Senior Member of 4M Society of India & Life Member of Indian Society for Technical Education.

Professor Jochen Wirtz is Vice Dean, MBA Programmes and Professor of Marketing at the NUS Business School, National University of Singapore (NUS). He is an international fellow of the Service Research Center at Karlstad University, Sweden, an Academic Scholar at the Cornell Institute for Healthy Futures (CIHF) at Cornell University, US, and a Global Faculty of the Center for Services Leadership (CSL) at Arizona State University, US. Prior to this, Professor Wirtz held the positions of Associate Fellow at the Sad Business School, University of Oxford (2008–2013), Founding Member of the NUS Teaching Academy (2009–2015), and Founding Director of the Dual Degree UCLA–NUS Executive MBA Program (2002 to 2017). Prof. Wirtz did his PhD. From London Business School in the area of Services Marketing. His academic work focuses on service marketing and management, and he has written more than 200 book chapters, industry reports, and scholarly publications (incl. six features in Harvard Business Review). Professor Wirtz has won more than 50 awards for his excellence in research and instruction, including the prestigious Christopher Lovelock Career Contributions to the Services Discipline Award in 2019 (the highest honour given by the American Marketing Association (AMA) service community), the Academy of Marketing Science (AMS) 2012 Outstanding Marketing Teacher Award (the highest honour given by AMS globally for teaching excellence), and the top university honour.

Dhananjaya Sarangi is a Professor of Computer Science and Applications of Interscience Institute of Management and Technology (IIMT), Bhubaneswar,Odisha since April 2019. He received his MCA degree from NIT, Rourkela in 1989. He is having 30 years of rich experience as Head of IT in various reputed MNCs both in India & abroad. Professor Sarangi was Head of IT of Hindalco Industries, Aditya Birla Group company located at Hirakud, Odisha for both its Smelter & Power plant and then relocated to Malaysia as Head of IT for its Palm Oil Edible Oil and Oleo Chemical division. Subsequently professor Sarangi moved to Singapore as Head of Business Information System of Palm Oil Business of RGE Pte Ltd Singapore. Professor Sarangi has vast experience mainly focused on IT Strategy, IT Project Management, IT Planning & Governance, IT Infrastructure Management, Business Transformation, Change Management, People Management, IT Policy & Security, Vendor Management, ERP implementation etc.. He has undergone various training& seminars from reputed institute like NTU-Singapore, IIM-Kolkata, NITIE-Mumbai, Human Synergistic International- Bangalore, NityoInfotech-Singapore. Currently Professor Sarangi is continuing his PhD from Birla Global University (BGU), Bhubaneswar, Odisha. Professor Sarangi has travelled various countries like Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, China, Hong Kong, Vietnam & Australia.
